A fundraising strategy is a written document setting out major benchmarks on how your organisation plans to raise money for your projects.
It usually covers a period between 1 to 3 years. The "Developing a Fundraising Strategy" course takes participants through a planning process and come out with a clear set plan with objectives.
At the end of the day, participants will have developed an outline of their organisation's fundraising strategy which they will follow in the year.
